Appearance:
Crystal clear.
Aroma:
Fresh lime and honey join characteristic grassy aromas with white pepper and faint aniseed.
Taste:
White pepper spice with grassy vegetal notes and faint aniseed.
Aftertaste:
Faint aniseed notes are perhaps more noticeable in the long white pepper and grassy finish.
Overall:
Subtle aniseed notes help set this blanc rhum agricole apart from others.
