Vedrenne Banana Liqueur is made with a combination of banana distillate and banana juice. The distillate is produced in a Charentais still from dried bananas hand-picked in tropical countries. To ensure the full fruit aromatics are preserved, the still is steam-heated at a low temperature.

Appearance:
Clear, bright golden amber.
Aroma:
Overripe banana and baked banana with some banana chews.
Taste:
Mashed banana and baked banana with alcohol and a touch of acidity balancing sweetness.
Aftertaste:
A continuation of the palate.
Overall:
While some banana liqueurs have more candied notes, this liqueur from Vedreme is more mashed banana and overripe banana.
