Franklin & Sons 1886 Original Cola is made with a blend of vanilla, West African kola nut, Colombian coffee beans and sparkling water.

Ingredients
Sparkling water, sugar, the ferment of water, sugar and ginger extract; BARLEY MALT extract, natural flavouring including caffeine, acid: phosphoric acid; caramel sugar syrup, natural extracts.

Appearance:

Clear, deep brown (almost opaque) with rising small bubbles.

Aroma:

Cola with subtle vanilla

Taste:

Cola with delicate notes of mocha coffee and vanilla. Moderate carbonation.

Aftertaste:

Coffee notes are more noticeable as the cola notes fade.

Overall:

A good example of a cola which will please many and upset few.
