A 100% Palomino sherry aged for 12 years in Bodega la Emperatriz Eugenia in Jerez de la Frontera.

Serve at 13 -14ºC (55 - 57ºF) with artichokes, consommés, cold and smoked meats. Lustau Palo Cortado Península is also suited to serving with spicy Asian cuisine.

Appearance:

Clear and bright. Amber with golden flecks.

Aroma:

Walnuts, wholemeal bread dough, tobacco leaf and leather with cocoa nibs, coconuts and peach.

Taste:

Full-bodied, dry and intense with a lactic bite. Vinious toasted butter and wood with orange zest and caramel.

Aftertaste:

Long and elegant with woody, nutty vinious notes.

Overall:

A classic 100% Palomino Palo Cortado aged in Jerez de la Frontera.
