Appearance:

Clear, coppery amber with quickly diminishing ivory white head.

Aroma:

Dark honey and caramel with floral and citrusy hops.

Taste:

Medium bodied. Zesty grapefruit, caramel and bready malt with moderate pine bitterness and faint floral notes.

Aftertaste:

Lightly bitter zesty grapefruit with faint floral notes.

Overall:

A very refreshing ale with zesty grapefruit and moderate pine bitterness balancing caramel and bready malt with light floral notes.
