Appearance:

(sample best before Aug/17) Clear, light bright straw yellow.

Aroma:

Clean, fermented apple with yeast and faint citrus zest.

Taste:

Bone dry palate with good crisp Bramley apple flavour.

Aftertaste:

Dry apple with lingering sour apple.

Overall:

A bone dry, honest artisanal cider with faint yeastiness and superb apple character.
