Review and Tasting

Sampled on 08/10/2015

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Cracked black pepper and piney juniper with floral lavender and violet, clean stables and faint cinnamon.

Taste:

Initial sweetness and creamy mouthfeel quickly dries with piney juniper, cracked black pepper and cinnamon, spice, celery and faint green apple.

Aftertaste:

Liquorice emerges on the long piney juniper, cracked black pepper and cinnamon finish.

Overall:

Piney, rooty and spicy, this is a big gin.
