Made from estate grown Aligoté grapes, this dry, acidic, fruity white wine goes well with shell fish but is classically drunk mixed with crème de cassis to make a Kir aperitif.

Appearance:

Clear, pale straw yellow.

Aroma:

Green apple peel, white grapes and grass cuttings with faint melon.

Taste:

Dry, grassy, tart green apple and sharp acidity.

Aftertaste:

Acidic dry finish.
