Ingredients
2 1⁄12 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1⁄2 fl oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dash Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
1⁄2 fl oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
5⁄12 fl oz Ferrand Dry Curaçao liqueur
1⁄2 fl oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
Top up with Thomas Henry Tonic Water
