1 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1⁄2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1⁄2 fl oz Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dash Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
1⁄3 fl oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
1⁄6 fl oz Merlet Crème de Pêche
2 dash Fee Brothers Peach Bitters
1 1⁄3 fl oz White tea (cold)
