50 ml | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
20 ml | Harveys Fino Extra Dry Sherry |
5 ml | Olive brine (from jarred olives) |
1⁄4 cupful | Mint leaves |
10 ml | Cucumber juice (freshly extracted) |
Top up with | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
