Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
50 ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin
20 ml Harveys Fino Extra Dry Sherry
5 ml Olive brine (from jarred olives)
14 cupful Mint leaves
10 ml Cucumber juice (freshly extracted)
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
