Ingredients:
30 ml Lustau Fino Del Puerto Solera Familiar Sherry
20 ml Lustau Palo Cortado PenĂ­nsula Sherry
10 ml Paragon Labdanum Cordial
20 ml Honey syrup (2 honey to 1 water)
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
20 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
20 ml Cocchi Americano Rosa
