Long Island Iced Tea (a boozy Tiki one)
Glassware
Serve in a Tiki mug or collins
| 1 fl oz | Reposado tequila (100% agave) |
| 2⁄3 fl oz | Ketel One Vodka |
| 2⁄3 fl oz | Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old) |
| 1⁄3 fl oz | Bombay Sapphire Gin |
| 1⁄3 fl oz | Cointreau L'Unique triple sec liqueur |
| 1 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄3 fl oz | Semi-rich simple syrup (1.5 sugar to 1 water) |
| 1⁄3 fl oz | Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup |
| 1⁄2 fresh | Lemon (fresh) |
| fill glass with | Cola |
Vodka may fortify this cocktail, but it's led by the interplay between fino sherry, banana liqueur and sweet 'n' sour.
