1 1⁄2 fl oz Fernet Branca liqueur
1 1⁄2 fl oz Exprè Caffè Italiano (or freshly made hot Espresso Coffee)
1⁄4 fl oz Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
1 dash (4 drops) Bittermens Xocolatl Mole bitters
1 pinch Salt (sea salt)
