Serve in a

Goblet glass

Garnish:

Salt rim, basil bouquet and three drops of sesame oil (La-Yu oil if available)

How to make:


Prepare the glass by brushing maple syrup on one side and sprinkle on salt. Dry shake all ingredients (except salt and sesame oil), add ice and shake again. Double strain into a glass and garnish.

60 ml Patrón Silver blanco tequila
20 ml Patrón Citrónge Extra Fine Orange Liqueur
30 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Maple syrup
1 barspoon Lapsang Souchong tea (cold)
3 gram Basil leaves
3 drop Sesame oil
4 grind Salt

The cocktail is a tribute to the great metropolises which through gastronomy unites different cultures and creates a universe without barriers.

Fusion Margarita is a combination of ingredients from different continents that through different paths it meets majestically in the end.

Tequila gives the main flavor with a citrus and vegetal touch, lapsang tea brings a pleasant smoked taste and basil brings freshness. To sweeten, I have used orange liqueur, very much used in Margaritas with a touch of maple. And finally, la-yu oil has the delicious taste of roasted sesame.

Fusion Margarita is a cocktail that unites multiple cultures and celebrates diversity.
