How to make:

1.Select and pre-chill a Nick&Nora glass
2.Prepare garnish of a lemon twist
3.Shake all ingredients with ice
4,Fine strain into chilled glass
5.Garnish with lemon twist

1 1/2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/3 fl oz Suze gentian liqueur (15% alc./vol)
5/6 fl oz Amaro Montenegro
5/6 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/12 fl oz Honey
1/24 fl oz Absinthe Ordinaire
