Huge congratulations to Ewan as he fought off tough competition from the other finalists at the Monkey Shoulder Ultimate Bartender Champion final. Held at Dragon Fly in Edinburgh it was the culmination of a series of challenges and heats over the summer.
The eight finalists, listed below, won their regional heats and a well-deserved place in the final but ultimately it was Ewan who succeeded to come out top in the various challenges set by the Monkey Shoulder team.
