How to make:
Shake all ingredients except prosecco, Dry shake, strain in a cocktail glass top with prosecco.

| 1 fl oz | Le Fruit de Monin Jabuticaba |
| 1/2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 2/3 fl oz | Vegg White vegan egg white alternative |
| 2 dash | The Bitter Truth Spiced Chocolate Bitters |
| 1 2/3 fl oz | Prosecco sparkling wine |
