Pineapple frond for garnish
How to make:
Prepare the acidity adjusted orange juice an then shake the ingredients with ice cube and strain in Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with pineapple frond. If no acid is available, use regular orange juice and a dash of lime juice.

| 3/4 fl oz | Cocchi Storico Vermouth di Torino |
| 1 fl oz | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |
