Skewer a piece of chocolate and an Amarena cherry on a cocktail pick.
How to make:
Stir all the ingredients together with an orange peel. Then strain into a pre-chilled Nick & Nora glass.

| 1/2 fl oz | Joseph Cartron Cacao - Brown Cocoa liqueur |
| 1/3 fl oz | Cinnamon syrup |
| 1/6 fl oz | Luxardo Maraschino liqueur |
| 1 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Ron Abuelo 7 Años Reserva Superior Rum |
