How to make:
DRY SHAKE all ingredients without ice. SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

| 1/4 fl oz | Pimento dram/Allspice liqueur |
| 1/4 fl oz | Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) |
| 1 dash | Chocolate bitters |
| 1 whole | Egg (white & yolk) |
