Garnish:

Garnish with a cocktail cherry on a pick dropped into the "pit" of liqueur at the bottom of the glass.

How to make:

Select and pre-chill a coupe glass, and prepare garnish of cocktail cherry on a pick. STIR all ingredients except for the Heering with ice and STRAIN into glass. Gently pour Heering over a barspoon held at the surface of the drink near the center of the glass to deposit the liqueur at the bottom of the glass, forming the cherry "pit".
