Cherry Pomander

Garnish:

Styled lemon peel wrapped around cherry, or if cloves and orange peel are available, embed cloves in styled orange peel pomander-style and wrap around cherry.

How to make:

1. Muddle fresh ginger root in shaker.
2. Add ingredients to shaker and shake with ice.
3. Double strain and serve in glass over fresh ice.

3/4 fl oz Grand Marnier liqueur
1 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/4 fl oz St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram liqueur
1/2 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
3 slice Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice)
1/2 fl oz Yellow (Jaune) Chartreuse liqueur
