Coupe glassGarnish:
Orange peel expressed over top of drink and then twisted on cocktail pick.
How to make:
Add whole egg, bitters, aquavit (original recipe uses Lucky Sign brand), Heering cherry Liquor, and rosemary syrup in shaker tin. Express oils of one orange peel into tin and discard peel.
Shake well without ice, then add ice and shake again.
Double strain into coupe glass and express oils of second orange peel over top. Use orange peel for garnish and serve.

| 1/4 fl oz | Brown sugar rosemary syrup |
| 1 fl oz | Akvavit / Aquavit |
| 1 whole | Egg (white & yolk) |
| 4 dash | Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate bitters |
| 2 fresh | Orange peel |
