Twelfth Night Toast

A cinnamon stick with a lemon peel. Or, embrace your inner English peasant and pile on all manner of fruits, herbs and some toast.
How to make:
Add marmalade and lemon juice to a shaker and give it a quick stir to break it down. Add the remaining ingredients with ice and shake heartily. Strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick wrapped in a lemon twist.
| 3/4 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack |
| 1/2 fl oz | Dark/black/blackstrap rum |
| 1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 barspoon | Orange marmalade |
| 2 dash | Angostura or other aromatic bitters |
