Garnish with two Maraschino Cherrys and some grated chocolate.
Add in to a chilled shaker Heering Cherry Liqueur with Cognac, Creme de Cacao Brown and a dash of Chocolate Bitters. Add Ice and shake vigorously for about ten seconds and then double strain into a chilled Mini Coupe. In another shaker add the double cream and mount it till the right creamy consistency. Pour slowly the double cream on top of the drink and garnish with two Maraschino Cherrys and some grated chocolate.
Serve and Enjoy.

| 1/3 fl oz | Cognac (brandy) |
| 5/6 fl oz | Bols Crème de Cacao Brown |
| 1 dash | Bob's Chocolate bitters |
| 1 fl oz | Double cream / heavy cream |
| 2 whole | Maraschino cherry (from jar in syrup) |
