
Skewer a cherry onto a bamboo stick and balance the stick across the rim of the glass. Piercing the cherry closer to the stem than the middle should stop it falling over.
Shake all four ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.
2/3 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
1 fl oz | Mozart Dark Chocolate liqueur |
2/3 fl oz | Black raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord) |
1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
