Garnish:

Skewer a cherry onto a bamboo stick and balance the stick across the rim of the glass. Piercing the cherry closer to the stem than the middle should stop it falling over.

How to make:

Shake all four ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.

2/3 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 fl oz Mozart Dark Chocolate liqueur
2/3 fl oz Black raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord)
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
