
Absinthe spray Mint spring Maraschino Cherry
Dry shake all ingredients (except Miraculous Foamer) with ice for 15 seconds to build a creamy froth.
Add fresh ice and Miraculous Foamer, then shake vigorously for another 15 seconds.
Double strain into a old-fashioned glass filled with cubes ice and already sprayed with the absinthe spray.
Garnish with a mint spring and a maraschino cherry on a pick.
1/2 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
1 1/6 fl oz | Appleton Estate Rare Blend 12 year old Jamaican rum |
1/3 fl oz | Wray & Nephew White overproof rum |
1/3 fl oz | John D. Taylor's Velvet Falernum Liqueur |
5/6 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/3 fl oz | Monin Orgeat syrup |
2 drops | Ms. Better's Miraculous Foamer |
