Cherry Paloma

Garnish:

With a blood orange or grapefruit smile ;)

How to make:

Muddle the cherries in the tin and then add saline, cherry herring, lime and agaves. Shake with ice and fine strain into highball, add cubed ice and top with grapefruit soda. Garnish and serve with straw.

2/3 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
2 fresh Cherries (destoned)
2 dash Difford's Saline Solution (or ½ pinch salt)
1/6 fl oz Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
2/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 1/3 fl oz Patrón Silver blanco tequila
2 fl oz Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit Soda
