.25 Calvados
.75 oz cherry Heering
.25 lemon
.25 tart cherry juice
Then top with Club soda and
2 ml chai bitters (optional) , star anise and pine , luxardo cherry

| 1/4 fl oz | Calvados Boulard Extra |
| 1/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |

| 4 fl oz | Soda (club soda) water |
| 1 wedge | Star anise |
