Coupe glassGarnish:
fresh grated nutmeg
How to make:
Add all ingredients to small shaker tin
dry shake for 30 seconds
add ice to shaker and shake another 20 seconds
double strain into coupe glass
add freshly grated nutmeg on top of cocktail
| 1/2 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Rutte Old Simon Genever |
| 1/2 fl oz | St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram liqueur |
| 3/4 fl oz | Cranberry juice (unsweetened) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Cinnamon syrup |
| 1/2 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) |
