How to make:
Add all the ingredients in a shaker, and shake well with ice. Double strain into a Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with Dutch cookie of your choice.

| 1/2 fl oz | Monin Salted Caramel Syrup |
| 1/4 fl oz | Orgeat (almond) sugar syrup (2:1) |
| 3/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 fresh | Egg (white & yolk) |
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Bols Genever |
