Nick & Nora glass

Garnish:

Dutch cookie (kruidnoten) grated

How to make:

Add all the ingredients in a shaker, and shake well with ice. Double strain into a Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with Dutch cookie of your choice.

1/2 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1/2 fl oz Monin Salted Caramel Syrup
1/4 fl oz Orgeat (almond) sugar syrup (2:1)
3/4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 fresh Egg (white & yolk)
1 1/2 fl oz Bols Genever
