Martini glass

Garnish:

Burnt sugar dripped into martini glass. Skewered quartered baby pear.

How to make:

Combine all ingredients in a shaking tin with ice. Shake until chilled and diluted. Strain into a chilled martini glass studded with burnt sugar.

1 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1 fl oz Courvoisier VS***
1 fl oz Belle de Brillet pear liqueur
3/4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
