
Dry mandarine wheel
Add all ingredients except tonic water in a shaker with ice, wet shake for a few seconds then strain, toss the ice and dry shake to increase emulsion, double strain in a collins glass, top with tonic and garnish with dry mandarine wheel.
1 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
1 fl oz | Gin Mare |
1 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
2/3 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
3 leaf | Basil leaves |
1 fl oz | Egg white |
1 fl oz | Mediterranean tonic water |
