How to make:
Hard reverse dry shake ingredients with ice. Fine strain into chilled coupe.
Express lemon zest over drink and discard.
Note that a dry shake is not essential if using Wonderfoam. Simple syrup is not used so adjust citrus for balance, if necessary.
