How to make:
MUDDLE the Rosmarin branches in the shaker.
ADD the half of a lime (optional 15 ml lime juice)
MUDDLE AGAIN
ADD the remaining ingredients
SHAKE with ice
Double Strain into a chilled Martini glass
| 1 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
| 3/4 fl oz | Appleton Estate 8 Reserve rum |
| 2 barspoon | Rhum Clément Blanc |
| 1/2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 2 sprig | Rosemary sprig |
| 1/4 fl oz | Difford's Falernum liqueur |
