
Orange twist
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an old fashioned glass with block ice. Garnish with an orange twist.
1 1/2 fl oz | Akashi-Tai Daiginjo Genshu sake |
1/3 fl oz | De Kuyper Brown Crème de Cacao |
2/3 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | G. Miclo Poire Williams eau-de-vie |
1 dash (4 drops) | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
1/6 fl oz | Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water) |
