
Maraschino cherry
DRY SHAKE all ingredients in shaker so the hot espresso melts the ice cream, then shake with ice and double strain into martini glass with a maraschino cherry.
1 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
1 fl oz | Pedro Ximénez sherry |
1 fl oz | Espresso coffee (freshly brewed & hot) |
1 fl oz | Vodka |
1/6 fl oz | Hazelnut liqueur |
1⁄2 scoop | Vanilla ice cream |
