How to make:
DRY SHAKE all ingredients in shaker so the hot espresso melts the ice cream, then shake with ice and double strain into martini glass with a maraschino cherry.

| 1 fl oz | Pedro Ximénez sherry |
| 1 fl oz | Espresso coffee (freshly brewed & hot) |
| 1 fl oz | Vodka |
| 1/6 fl oz | Hazelnut liqueur |
| 1⁄2 scoop | Vanilla ice cream |
