Grate the mandarine peel and let it fall on top of the cocktail.
Shake all the ingredients together and pour on a Coupe glass.
| 1 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
| 1/3 fl oz | Qīng Xiāng/fēn Xiāng (light fragrance) Baijiu |
| 1/2 fl oz | Giffard Creme de Cacao White Liqueur |
| 1/6 fl oz | Cynar artichoke amaro |
| 2/3 fl oz | Single cream/half-and-half |
