How to make:

In a shaker add all the ingredients but the cider. Egg white could replace the foamer. Dry shake, then shake whit ice. Double strain in a chilled coupe glass or Martini glass. Top up with a splash of apple cider.

5/6 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1 1/3 fl oz Vodka
2/3 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/3 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
2 dash Ms. Better's Miraculous Foamer
1 Splash Sparkling cider
