| 20 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) | 
| 10 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) | 
| 0.6 ml | 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan) | 
| 1 Splash | Sparkling cider |
