How to make:
Add all ingredients in a 3 piece shaker , add ice , shake well t ill the shaker gets frosted.
Take a frozen nick and nora glass pour gently the taijin on half of rim of the glass
Double strain in Nick and Nora glass, garnish with a queen olive
| 3/4 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
| 3/4 fl oz | Del Maguey Vida Puebla mezcal |
| 3/4 fl oz | Kleos Mastiha liqueur |
| 1/4 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 barspoon | Olive brine (from jarred olives) |
