Garnish with a thyme sprig. For a little spice add some freshly grated nutmeg.
How to make:
Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into a rocks glass or stemless wine glass.

| 1/2 fl oz | Blended Scotch whisky |
| 3 barspoon | Honey |
| 5/6 fl oz | Yoghurt (natural) |
| 2 tsp. | Walnuts (crushed or grated) |
