How to make:

Peel the lemon before juicing to use as garnish. Add it to your wine glass with ice, letting the peel fully surround the glass on the inside. Add the ingredients, topping with soda last, and serve.

5/6 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
5/6 fl oz Rose petal liqueur
5/12 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 2/3 fl oz Brut champagne/sparkling wine
2 1/2 fl oz Soda (club soda) water
