2 oz Mandarine Napoleon

1 oz Fresh lime juice
1/2 oz Bols Maraschino
1/2 oz Ancho Reyes verde
1/2 egg white
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake dry
Add ice cubes and shake further until cooled
Strain trough a hawthorn into the chilled coupe
2 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Ancho Reyes chili liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Bols Maraschino Liqueur |
1 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Egg white |
2 fl oz | Herman Jansen Chocolate Mint Liqueur |
