Dehydrated mandarin slice and a kiss of citrus mix dried powder on the glass rim (optional)
How to make:
Shake first 4 ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Add tonic water and finally top with champagne
| 5/6 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
| 5/6 fl oz | Chocolate flavoured vodka |
| 1/2 fl oz | Licor 43 Original liqueur |
| 2 drop | Difford's Saline Solution (or ½ pinch salt) |
| 1 2/3 fl oz | Mediterranean tonic water |
| 1 1/3 fl oz | Brut champagne/sparkling wine |
