Put a 1/4 slice of grapefruit on the top.
1. Pour the malfy gin rosa, the limoncello, grapefruit juice and the peach syrup into a shaker.
2. Shake for 20-30 seocnds.
3. Double Strain into a collins glass.
4. Top with soda water, stir the cocktail.
5. Add a 1/4 slice of a grapefruit on the glass as a garnish.
