How to make:

Gently muddle one olive in the shaker to extract its subtle savoury oils.
Add all ingredients and shake briefly with ice to achieve controlled dilution.
Double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
Finish with an olive garnish.

1 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
1 fl oz Fernet liqueur
1 fl oz Coffee liqueur
2/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 whole Green olives (pitted)
