2-3 Mint sprigs, cinnamon stick, fresh lemon wheel, lemon peel. Prepare the garnish, lightly tap mint sprigs to release aromas and stick them in end of the cinnamon stick. Express lemon peel over the cocktail and discard. Place the cinnamon stick with sprigs in the glass and mount the lemon wheel next to it on the rim.
Pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
Add all ingredients in a shaker and shake without ice until foamy.
Add some ice cubes and shake until chilled.
Fine-strain into the pre-chilled glass.
