Caramelised lemon wedge
Firstly we put an ice collin in a highball glass, and then we start pouring our ingredients, lime, soya sauce, limoncello, gin and fernet brance. After that we top up with 3cents pickle soda. We gently stir our cocktail and now we proceed on the garnish. We cut a nice lemon wedge and we cover it with sugar, then we burn it with the help of a blowtorch and we are ready. Enjoy!
